The location was central to everything. Staff changed my room due to a medical situation, easier for me. The shower was GREAT!!! The bed was also comfortable after a long day.
The hotel offers a room service, but it wasn't always available when I wanted it.

I received a room upgrade and I was very happy with it. The high-floor room offered a great view. Breakfast had a very good selection, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. They were always working, clearing tables, and restocking the buffet.
The toilet rolls in the room were cheap.

Our suite was more than we dreamed. We got to see bonfire night fireworks from our own terrace. the hotel staff offered service that was prompt and attentive to our needs. we found the ambience quiet and comfortable, a perfect retreat after our busy days.
the bath plug in our bathroom didn't quite seal, water drained slowly.
